Welcome to 3DReal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our websites, 3D viewer/configurator, SDKs, and ecommerce integrations. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate information when communicating with us.
• Do not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.

Use Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, copying, or redistribution of proprietary components without permission.
• No illegal content or activity using our services.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our software, documentation, and branding remain with 3DReal and its licensors. Customer 3D assets remain owned by the customer.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is published or provided in writing. Enterprise/custom work may be subject to separate agreements.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is". We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DReal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and other users.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction where services are provided.
